Everything you need for your investment property!
Property Management

Services include rent collection and tracking, expense payments such as utility bills, taxes, insurance payments and more. 24/7 on-call tenant management and trade co-ordination. Filing and preparation of LTB, notices, documents and evictions. Prepare simple and easy-to-read monthly statements & annual budget expense sheets. Services are billed based on a percentage of gross monthly rents. We pride ourselves in keeping our rates the same across the board for all our clients. You will not find one client with a better rate, here everyone is equal!
Leasing & Tenant Placement

We offer complete leasing services and have developed a proven system that attracts quality tenants. From photographing, marketing, showing the units to perspective candidates, lease preparation and key exchange. We verify credit, income, references, current and past landlords for a complete overview of each applicant to ensure they are the right fit. Finding and retaining a quality tenant can be the key to a successful investment property. We have trained leasing agents that present your property with professionalism, along with skilled marketing that adjusts with each property to attract your perfect tenant. We have up-to-date knowledge of market rental rates, neighbourhoods and the type of potential tenants to advertise to.

Regular Maintenance, Small & Large Renovations

We can handle projects from simple paint jobs to complete renovations.

We can facilitate several services such as: painting, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, roofing, major and minor renovations, HVAC services, windows, landscape and snow removal. For larger projects we can work with renovation plans that require city approvals, building permits and  conversions to duplex/triplex/quadplex buildings. Allow us to bring in reputable and reliable trades that will offer quality work at fair prices due to our valuable relationships.
